I've really enjoyed finishing this one off,
I've got a few more to finish, building my Matchbox Sea Venom 1/32, see updates in the wip
there's also a 1/72 Revell Flower Class Corvette half built
and a 1/72 Concorde, and a Vostok and Saturn 1b
I'd like to clear some of my backlog but itching to start something new

Nah - i wish - was bought years ago so is the same as the Matchbox version (same moulds)

i do have the USS Iwo Jima in 1/350 platinum edition to build some time - thats got the etched parts included

but i wouldn't mind getting hold of the etched part kit for the corvette

Great collection of very fine looking models - the Sea Venom is especially impressive and at 1/32 must be quite a size.

cleaned up and a coat of clear - the decals have mostly survived

Been ages since i've finished anything so
below is my latest offering
Airfix - 1/72 German S-Boat (Schnellboote operated from Heligoland September 1939)
Image
Enjoyed this build - although the tooling is old and a lot of flash to contend with, it went together will with few problems
If I built again I would prob go for metal railing posts as i seemed to have to repair them often
Image

pretty pleased with the final result - thanks for looking and on to the next one
