Moebius' Battlestar Galactica 1/4105 repaint. Complete

Post by Coen »

I got her about as finished as I can without having an airbrush.
When I get mine fixed I may come back and add some blast damage.
Until then... Here she be.

Here is the build... http://www.intscalemodeller.com/viewtop ... 42&t=16610

Another beauty. Great work and nice pics too.

I've just been watching some of the BSG videos on YouTube, wish I had go into the series now. Still, there's always the box sets...
Its been tried and tested, it works! So don't blame the system if you're no good.

I have all of the original and new series on my media NAS, along with almost every sci fi show that I ever watched as a kid haha.
I'm always rewatching these shows.
I don't watch traditional television at all, so I have tonnes of these things to keep me entertained.

That turned out really sweet!

Will look well with your other BSG models.

Loving the kits. I never saw the new BSG but its available on Blu-ray for £35 (all 4 series plus various spin-offs), do you recommend Sir?

Been watching some of the vids on Youtube of the reboot and it looks awesome. There's one just titles 'Pegasus' and it uses some of the music from the film Oblivion, whoever put it together is a genius, its amazing!

To be honest... I've no idea. I've never watched a blue ray and I've no clue what they're worth.
I sold all of my DVDs 10 years ago and I don't even own a player any longer, so I'm a little out of the loop on what those cost.
If £35 is the standard price for 4 seasons and all the webisodes and the movies then it's worth it to watch them.
I love the new series as much as I love the old. So it's all good to me.

Know the question was not for me :D, just my 2 cents.

It's a very good drama show and on top a standard setting sci-fi series while still keeping a lot from the original run. Didn't like the spinoff Caprica that much.

Reccomended and get ready to binge watch :th:.

Great. if its good entertainment, then for all 4 seasons plus extras, all in HD, then £35 is a real steal.

Thanks
