Post by scotto978 »

Hi everybody. This is my first every group build so forgive me if I'm not very good.
I chose this kit because it just looks a awesome looking plane.

You are dead right, it is an awesome aircraft and you've picked a great and iconic scheme to do.

I've got a bit of a soft spot for the Beau so I'll be following your build.

I hope that you have lots of fun on your first group build.

:cheers2:

Well. The wife has just messaged me and said the dogs have destroyed all the Halloween decorations and my model. I hadn't even started it. I'll see when I get in what sort of state its in

Oh they are forgiven already. I've got a 6 month old pup so we shouldn't of let them near it to be fair. Only minor damage anyway plus a few eaten pieces lol

Not too bad really considering they are quite big dogs. I don't know what pieces have been eaten yet either. The Mrs wouldn't check there stools either

You might wanna have a look on eBay for the missing parts. Sometimes people sell various bits of models. Good luck with the build. Looking forward to seeing it.

Cheers Gareth. I'm just going build it " what's left in the box". I think it's pretty much complete

Tamiya is GREAT about their replacement parts. Just call them and they can get you pretty much whatever parts you need.
