I just spent an hour of my life creating a figure on here. https://www.heroforge.com/

You can design it, and either pay for the 3d file, or have them make it for you. Pretty sweet if you ask me.

I'll add that TinkerCAD is a great free web based CAD thing. You can make basic stuff and it's what I've been using recently to make some hobby additions.
