Here is my Man Cave. Still a work in progress but here is how it looks right now. Big window for lots of natural light and ventilation. Spray booth can vent right out the window. Very handy!

Notice the big giant computer monitor and steering wheel setup. I race in an online Nascar racing league. I race against guys from all around the world. Mostly in the US but there are a couple from places like Australia. Thats my Sunday night fun.

I've already posted my work space.
I build in the living room on a big table with a cabinet full of paint and other stuff, but as I need to expand my space (badly) I have kinda confiscated the computer room too

We only use this room for printing out stuff, for we do most stuff on our laptop.
I badly needed a room with light and a window for my airbrushing, so I can ventilate and hang the hose out of the window.
Also I can use this room to store my paint tray and some more stuff. I will use this room for my YouTube vids too. :thumb2:
I'm not building in this room, just airbrushing and do my research.

The two sport prizes are from my shooting career..

Crappy hanged wallpaper... He, I'm a modeller, not a decorator....

Image

One wall is covered with rally shields. Those are from my wife's rally career.
She was a navigator in National and European car rally's. I was a Rally Marshall at the time, and that's how we met each other.

Image

So now we got a nice extra room!
And this one is clean too Coen! :nena:

Those are some really nice workshops, nice to see that I'm not the only one with an eh ..... somewhat cluttered bench :P

Here is mine

Image

no spare room in the house for a real mancave, so an old PC cabinet was converted too a modeling area.

The EU will I'm sure have a directive banning such signs soon and mancave's will be a thing of the past. We will all have to go to speek easy's  At least one third of all modellers will have to be female by 2025 or it will be banned he he.

Love that idea modelling in that press, in-genius.

Yes the hobby will be outlawed and we will have shady men in shabby raincoats surreptitiously whispering 'Psst! mate, want to score a Dragon kit? I have also got some Tamiya if that's to heavy for ya. Go on just one Stug won't hurt!'

Actually I think we might already be half way there with the lads at Value Kits!

Hey All,

Not much to look at but it's home. Kinda small but it forces me to keep it clean. No paint area as that has to be done out in the garage.

You can see my first Armor model in 25+ years. Its a DML Stug III Ausf B. and its a "booger bear" and I do not recommend this kit for a new modeler/ returning modeler but it's from 1994 so I guess that's what I get.

Cheers!

RSDevon,

Ha Ha  , no band-aids in there. Just some old band-aid tins for storing bits of sand paper. A modeler is thrifty!

It was in a bit of a mess, so I've sorted it out a wee bit and built a table that extends up to A0 size for RC Modeling/Repairs (or a 1:35 Dora!!! Hehe)...
Now I have a bit of space I can sort out my tools and start back modelling!! 1st being the SU-33 Egg Plane..

Got my shelves built and put up now. And as you can see. I have my daughters Pink VW Bug drying there on my desk. My sons M1A1 and his new Grave Digger monster truck are up on my shelves along with my chally 2. Should get some color on her next weekend.
