so here it is , the final reveal of my entry into this gb
it is made with the Eduard "good morning Da Nang" kit wich is a upgraded version of the Academy kit
i picked the version that is on the box as i kind of like the skull and crossbones look that was adopted by the Jolly
rogers





















and that is all i have

I wouldn't call it perfect but i am very pleased with the result
really when i think about the painting problems wich where 3/4 my own fault but it can be a motivation killer if things don't go the way you want

That is absolutely gorgeous Mark. I have a couple of 1/32 scale F-4's that I have in the que. I have been looking at all the F-4's on the forum. They all look amazing. I just hope I can do it any justice since I have never tried anything like it before.

Don't worry about doing "justice" to a kit
Just go a head and build one ,that is the best way to gain experiance

There is not so much dirt really
A few stains left by the wash here and there but that is it
the idea was to highlight the panel lines only
but it turned out better then expected

I am happy with it but i plan on expanding my Jolly Rogers fleet later on in the year as i have a F-14 in the same colors
But i think i can use more practice with planes so maybe another kit before i start that one
