Desert Gunners 1/35 diorama

Post by gerry7944 »

This is the old Tamiya 1/35 kit built pretty much pit of the box with the exception of a few items of storage from the spares box.

I used Tamiya and Vallejo paints with some Mig pigments to weather.

The base is scratch built using DAS clay and some grass tufts.

Cheers

Gerry

You've painted your figures top class. Love the flesh tones on them!! I know it's not easy painting torso's like that so well done again.
You can run, but you'll only die tired!

Those rank decals can certainly go a long way to dressing up those old Tamiya figures.
Love the sweat stains.... That's a wicked well done touch.

The old figures do not have a patch on what is available now but they are a challenge
