Hiya Guys n Gals,
For those of you who may have invested in the DSPIAE Circle cutter MT-C or MT-CE you may find the following of interest..

These are basically the same cutting bits 1.5mm Dia and 20mm long and you get 5 off each angle for £8.99 (15 total) which is a great saving compared to the DSPIAE packaged ones where you only get 3 so this means they work out at 60p each instead of £2.20... a big saving...

As far as I understand they are the same cutters as in some Cricut machines.

I have used these and some from eBay which were very slightly shorter at about 19.5mm and they all work fine with a slight adjustment on the cutting depth adjuster. Would be hard to say if any are much better or worse than another as I only cut Tamiya Tape and Frisket film and they all seem to last about the same...

Cricut plotter cutters are sold in Hobbycraft in the UK.
Should think they sell replacement blades too.

Besides the modelling stuff in Hobbycraft, I look all around the various other crafts tools and materials to see what can be used on the model making.
They cater well for artists with large selections of acrylic paints, inks, markers, brushes etc. I use artists acrylics to mix washes for my models. Far less expensive than model brands.
