Cheers Digger, yeah it’s a Miniart, they take a bit of work initially but they turn out pretty good and you can really go to town with adding details etc, they make a great starting point for a good dio.

That's a cracking result Gary! I've done a couple of those miniart dios so know what a royal pita they can be - that really is a great result from one of those sets.

Very nice result on the dio and you have done a great job on the building. I too have built a couple and there an art unto them selves to put together and get right.

Wow! Thanks for the high praise, much appreciated I get a weird kick of satisfaction as I peel off the masking to reveal the colour and hopefully no runs underneath I am ready for a few simple paint schemes in my next couple of projects though he says as he is currently working through a King Tiger three colour camo scheme

Thanks for looking, and keep up the great work everyone, I still use this site as a mojo booster (which has been lacking a bit lately). Currently working on a Tamiya 205 T16 Group B car, but I can't seem to get back to the bench to work on it as I always seem to be busy with something else
