Our Government is encouraging online retailers to stay open during this very difficult time.
As a result, we have made the decision to remain open online.
Our phone lines are closed but will resume once restrictions are lifted.
A lot of people are returning back to there hobbies while staying at home during this period of self-isolation.
The number of orders we would normally receive in one week, we are getting daily!
The volume of emails we are receiving has increased dramatically.
We have closed our retail, eBay and Amazon stores, however, to reiterate eModels.co.uk remains open.
We have limited staff due to the restriction in place. However, we are working as quickly as possible to fulfill everyone's orders.
If you have placed an order through eModels, we have your order and are on it, it will just take a bit longer.
If your email is a general inquiry about a product, it may take us a little longer for us to get back to you.
If your email is asking, where is my order? please again be assured we are getting through all orders as fast as we can.
You will need to place a new order if you require any changes or amendments at this stage.
As good as it is for businesses getting a lot of orders, we cannot offer the usual high-level service we have a reputation for.
