Originally I was eyeing the AS-186/186A Compressor but after chatting to Tim from Value Kits I realised that in the long run the Sparmax TC 610h is just the way to go, even though it is more expensive.
So I went ahead and placed my order as follows:
Sparmax TC-610h
H&S Ultra
H&S Infinity Air Cap upgrade (thanks for that tip in your Video Paul!)
I realise that maybe I should have pushed for an Evo or Infinity but I really pushed on the compressor and I personally think the Ultra will do me just fine, especially compared to my generic Airbrush I have now (which has done me a great service, no doubt about that).
So with a few other "bits and bobs" (:D @ Lee) I spent quite alot yesterday but I am confident that I made the best choice. I'd like to say a big thank you to everyone in this Forum and especially a big thank you to Paul and Lee - all the infos and reviews you have provided allowed me to make a really great and informed choice.
I'd also like to say that Tim from Value Kits really did me a solid on this one. He made me a deal I could not refuse and was really helpful every step of the way. I have to say, whatever you need - always ask tim first as he will always go that extra step for you! Seriously guys, if you don't support him yet you really should - he has - hands down - the best deals out there!
I can't wait to get back from my holiday and open up my new toys
