small update cleaned and primed parts. This is a curb side kit so there is no engine, all so the clear parts are already fixed in place, the kit dose come with a paint mask for the clear parts.

Hi Scott, the purple on the windscreen is maskol to help protect the clear glass from the paint, didn't trust the mask the kit has been in the stash for 15 years.

another update.

sanded the tiers and fixed the decals in place. just need to mask off the front wheels and paint the wheel nuts.

The dashboard is also finished.

Rest of the rear suspension painted and fixed in place.

Image

gave the body a few coats of zero paints white.

Image

I have ordered some new Tamiya decals, the one that are with the kit have faded and cracked. should be here this coming week.
Hopefully I will give the body a few more coats of white and then clear coat ready for the new decals.

Superb stuff :thumb2:
Where have you ordered decals from??.
Need a source as I have a couple old Tamiya kits where the decals look a bit dodgy
