So there she is. A very easy and enjoyable buid, there are a few rumbling,s about the high price of this kit but for ease of assembly, being able to accomodate it space wise and the accuracy of it , I think it is good value for money. The base is simply plastic card 305 x250x1 mm with 25mm strip,s glued around the side,s. Top sprayed Humbrol 64 from a spray can, then masked 5mm in from the edge,s and sprayed Tamiya XF 1 flat black. Expansion gap,s for the concrete slab,s masked to form 70 x70 mm slab,s and sprayed XF 69 Nato Black. More masking applied to form the triangular grassed area, firstly sprayed Humbrol Dark Earth, then a coat of white PVA left to go tacky and finaly Javis scenic grasse,s scattered on top. Masking removed and then minimal weathering to the concrete area,s to finish. Easy, peasy
