1:48 Revell AH-1F Cobra Gunship

Here is my completed whirlybird. This was the first heli I built so I guess it didnt turn out to bad. LOL. I applied some weathering and chipping as the desert sand was painted over the helo drab on the real aircraft. I detailed a few parts such as the rocket tubes, the black cable cutters just ahead of the canopy and the rotor, used some mesh screen over the cooling ports for the engine, painted the IR jammer and drilled some very small holes on the airflow meter ( the piece hanging off the canopy on the right side). It was a fun build and I'll definitely build another chopper soon.
