From scratch to desert on 6 wheels, final reveals

Post by hansolo »

Hi Guys,

Turns out that in spite of the fact that I put so much effort in my build and especially the dio,
I am the first one here, in the final reveals.

It has been a great experience! I learned a lot. Explored new grounds (and hights  )
Used materials I have never used before, built a vehicle almost completely from scratch
and I have enjoyed so much all the great, creative and very nice feedback, help and comments!!: : :

Well, without further ado, here are the final pics:
Enjoy

And finally a comp image with a desert backdrop to make the scene complete:

That's all folks.

Thanks so much for all your input and sticking with me during the whole build. :thumb1: :thumb1: :thumb1:

cheers

This really looks great! I really like the owl, it's a nice little Easter egg I didn't see right away.

That is top notch Han! The diorama is cracking, the composition is cracking and the paintjob on the truck is also awesome.

I love the sense of action in the scene! And I totally dig the weathering on the truck, its spot on!

The wee owl is cool as well :thumb2:
