Yesterdays bench time
The decals are on, boy some of these really put up a fight :pistols: the worst was the small Porsche badge it fell off 3 times and just wouldn't go on straight, it still isn't now in my opinion and the black Gulf Porsche side decal just fell apart :wtf: :pistols: :wall: I am rushing now to hit the deadline of Mon I've got a wedding this weekend which starts today, leaving me just Sunday/Mon :eeek:
I put the decals straight on to the colour coat without varnish, the colour is that smooth they worked pretty well, not so sure I'd do it again or at least I'd have taken more care with the colour coat, but time I don't have

Damaged decal :pistols:

Over all they're not too bad, I'm really now just want this finished, it's been a battle and as I said quite disappointing in parts :(

I'm going to have to pull out of this one :( just not going to get this finished by this evening. I didn't manage to get any bench time this weekend due to a wedding which was fantastic.

I'm still at work now, I'll not get home for couple hours more yet. I've been beaten by time on this one, mainly pressures of work but I will post the finish up asap hopefully by this weekend. Never mind roll on the Bomber SIG :th:

Nice to see the body on. Shame you won’t make it but to be honest I’d do the same, no point rushing it, the work you have done is excellent.

Shame you didn't get it done on time Kev, but I'd echo Shunter's sentiments and say there's no point in rushing it - make sure you get it how you want it after all the time & effort you've put into it.

Looking forward to seeing it finished off :th:
