CUTTY SARK

Post by Džar »

It took me one year to build this cutty sark boat from rewell in 1/96 scale. I tried for the best possible performance, the deck is wooden, the pulleys, ropes and etchings are from the HISMODEL company, and I sewed and made the sails at home.
I used UMTON oil paints and Tamiya pigments for the patina. I hope you like the boat.
I am now working on the Airfix Bounty.

That's simply stunning work.

Cutty Sark is very much my favourite of the tall ships - awesome result
