all primed in Ultimate black, then painted in mig ammo tyre rubber, and more Ultimate black. picked out some details, but im going for an inflight display, so most will be hidden by pilots and a closed canopy.

all ready for primer!
once primed in Ultimate black, i sprayed the metal parts round the rear, in vallejo metal color titanium and ak extreme metal stainless steel. once those parts were masked, i sprayed the main colour with mig ammo medium gunship grey, lightly thinned with Ultimate thinner.

once that had dried, i did the decals.
remember those large grey patches on the colour scheme? well they are actually the size of the decals! rather than have individual decals, gwh have taken four or five decals that are near each other, and put them all on one decal? bit weird, but i wasnt about to start cutting them all into bits!
if you look closely, you can see the huge patches of decal in the pic. im hoping this will all blend in when i gloss coat for weathering.
